We recorded our album in February of 2004.
Our
drummer, Sam, was diagnosed with heart disease
in March of '04 and directed
by his doctor NOT to play the drums until further notice.
In addition to the news of Sam's bad heart his son, Hudson, was born on May 1st, 2004.
Due to these happenings, Urban Riot was forced to cancel a small "tour" down the East Coast and to Atlanta.
After 10 months of testing and medication, our drummer Sam was given the OK by his doctor to get back behind the drum kit.
Urban Riot is now back, stronger than ever, with the album soon to be released an some shows already booked.
Look for our new album: "PUBLIC ENEMIES" to be released soon.
We are also looking for shows an are willing to travel. If you are within a 4-6 hour radius of NYC and would like us to play. Email us.
